Summary
We’re on the hunt for a Graphic Designer who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping modern, visually striking campaigns across print and digital media. Our ideal candidate is equal parts visual storyteller, strategic thinker, and design execution powerhouse—someone who can pivot seamlessly between mediums, brands, and objectives.

What You’ll Do
- Collaborate cross-functionally with media strategists, content writers, project managers, and developers to build world-class brand experiences.
- Design with impact, developing omni-channel campaigns spanning email, display ads, print, web, and social.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing deadlines, priorities, and real-time adjustments.
- Translate UX deliverables—sitemaps, wireframes, and design briefs—into engaging, user-focused visuals.
- Communicate confidently with clients, presenting concepts, explaining design rationale, and collecting feedback.
- Elevate agency marketing efforts, assisting with new business presentations, blog content, and social media creative.
What You Bring
- A killer portfolio that showcases expert-level typography, layout design, and branding chops across diverse industries.
- 2-3 years of experience in graphic design within an agency, in-house team, or related setting.
- A degree in Design, Visual Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Fluency in Adobe Creative Cloud and comfort working within evolving digital environments.
- A foundational understanding of UX/UI, WordPress, HTML, and CSS (bonus points for proficiency).
- Resilience, adaptability, and a sense of humor—because great design doesn’t happen in a vacuum.
