Recognizing the power of “social proof” as a key driver of consumer sales, Samsung engaged Modern Impact to help their omni-channel marketing team devise an integrated campaign that would increase both the overall volume and average star rating of customer reviews for 105 premium TV SKUs.
Incorporating multiple tactics and a special sweepstakes incentive, our two-phased, three-month marketing program not only raised the average star rating for all Samsung premium TV models to an impressive 4.73 but generated 10,528 authenticated reviews – nearly twice as many as the prior year.
